Displaylink Driver For Windows 7

Dell Display Driver

Hi, I recently upgraded my ThinkPad from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro. Almost all the necessary drivers were available after this through Lenovo's System Update app, and I installed everything correctly. However, after installing the latest DisplayLink drivers, the adapter itself wouldn't get recognized when plugged into the same USB 3.0 port as before ( when in Win 7 Pro). Under 'Device Manager', it just shows the adapter as 'Generic Super Speed Hub'. But when I plugged the adapter to a USB 2.0 port, it picked up immediately and worked perfectly. Apparently the USB 3.0 drivers built in to Windows 10 is causing this issue. Anyone have luck getting their DisplayLink adapters work on a USB 3.0 port?
